After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues.
In case of any refunds approved by Rahul Gupta, it may take Not Applicable for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.
